Dubai, UAE – The Shaklan Group recently concluded its 12-week “Win a Dream Home” campaign with a grand ceremony honoring its prize winners. This initiative highlighted the resilience of the UAE retail industry, showcasing a significant recovery in sales after a period of sluggish performance.

The “Win a Dream Home” campaign ran from December 23, 2025, to March 22, 2026. It was one of the Group’s largest customer engagement initiatives, allowing participants to enter a grand raffle with a minimum spend of AED 50. The campaign featured a luxury apartment as the grand prize, alongside a Jac JS4 car and weekly giveaways for the latest iPhone 17.

The campaign attracted an impressive three million footfalls in just one month, significantly higher than the average of one million. This surge in customer engagement underscored the effectiveness of the promotion and the renewed demand for retail services.

The Dream Home Prize Distribution Ceremony marked the successful conclusion of this campaign, celebrating the winners and the enthusiastic response from shoppers across Dubai. Natasha Peter received the keys to the luxury apartment, while Suraj Singh won the Jac JS4 car.

Looking ahead, Shaklan Group has outlined plans for strategic expansion into other GCC countries. Aboo Haris, Managing Director, indicated that before pursuing this expansion, the focus will be on enhancing private label products in the food and consumer goods sectors to further increase footfall in their outlets.
