Ellington Properties has officially launched Berkeley Tower, a $762.2 million commercial project in Dubai, marking a significant expansion of its commercial portfolio. This ambitious development, which is set to rise 60 floors, aims to redefine workplace environments by integrating advanced technology and lifestyle amenities tailored to modern business needs.

Located in Business Bay, Berkeley Tower is designed to enhance the flow of people and services within the building. Key features include robotic parking and double-decker lifts equipped with a destination-controlled system, which are expected to streamline movement throughout the facility. The project also dedicates five floors to various amenities, including business lounges, meeting rooms, fitness areas, outdoor terraces, and interactive gaming zones, catering to both residents and visitors.

Joseph Thomas, Co-Founder of Ellington Properties, emphasized the project’s significance, stating, “Berkeley Tower is a statement of our ambition for Ellington’s commercial portfolio.” He noted that the development reflects a commitment to evolving workplace experiences that extend beyond traditional office spaces. This initiative represents a substantial step forward for Ellington as it seeks to grow its presence in the commercial sector.

Benoy J. Kurien, Group CEO of Al Hamra, highlighted Dubai’s strengthening position as a global business hub, which drives demand for high-quality commercial developments. He expressed confidence that the partnership between Al Hamra and Ellington Properties would contribute to the ongoing growth of Business Bay while delivering lasting value to the community and investors.

Berkeley Tower’s strategic location offers direct connectivity to Downtown Dubai, the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), and major transport networks, positioning it at the heart of one of the city’s key commercial districts. This accessibility is expected to attract a diverse range of businesses looking to establish a presence in a vibrant and well-connected area.
