The selection of Pioneers was the result of a structured and competitive evaluation process, reflecting AIGF’s dedication to transparency and effective corporate social responsibility (CSR). AIGF stands as the first foundation of its kind in the Middle East established by an airport operator, serving as a model for integrating CSR initiatives within a unified framework.

The partnership aims to leverage Pioneers’ local expertise to enhance community-based vocational training and economic empowerment in Al-Jizah.

He noted that long-term community development relies on trust and excellence, which is why a rigorous selection process was implemented to find an NGO that aligns with AIGF’s values and vision. By collaborating with Pioneers, AIGF aims to reinforce its commitment to merit-based partnerships and the sustainable empowerment of Al-Jizah’s residents.

Pioneers for Training and Development places a strong emphasis on female inclusion, vocational training, youth empowerment, and entrepreneurship.
