Dubai Expands Truck Rest Stops by 364 Slots to Enhance Road Safety and Efficiency

The new slots are distributed across six key locations: Al Rowaiyah 2 (107 slots), Lehbab 2 (90 slots), Lehbab 1 (47 slots), Al Tayy (18 slots), Al Rowaiyah 1 (15 slots), and Madinat Hind 2 (27 slots). These sites were strategically chosen based on heavy truck traffic corridors, where drivers often face pressure to keep moving without adequate breaks.
