Ciel Dubai Marina: The World’s Tallest Hotel Set to Open

Dubai, a city synonymous with towering skyscrapers and luxury, is once again making headlines with the upcoming inauguration of Ciel Dubai Marina. Standing at an impressive 377 meters, this architectural masterpiece is poised to become the tallest hotel in the world, surpassing the Gevora Hotel located on Sheikh Zayed Road. Scheduled to open its doors on November 15, Ciel Dubai Marina promises an unmatched experience, blending lavish accommodations with stunning views and world-class amenities.

A New Height in Luxury Hospitality

Developed by The First Group and managed as part of the InterContinental Hotels Group’s Vignette Collection, Ciel Dubai Marina is not just another hotel; it’s a landmark that redefines luxury. The hotel features 82 floors, housing a total of 1,004 rooms and suites, all designed to offer breathtaking views of iconic cityscapes like Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina.

Exceptional Design and Comfort

The design of Ciel Dubai Marina, crafted by the award-winning architectural firm NORR, is a testament to luxury and modernity. The building’s glass-clad exterior is visually striking, and its grand central atrium allows natural light to flow throughout the space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Room rates start at AED 1,310 for standard rooms and go up to approximately AED 2,400 per night for premium suites, which offer exclusive access to high-floor lounges. Each room is built to optimize both elegance and comfort, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless experience amid the lavish surroundings.

Features That Astound

Ciel Dubai Marina not only boasts the title of the tallest hotel but also houses some remarkable attractions:

Tattu Sky Pool and Lounge

Situated on the 76th level, the Tattu Sky Pool will claim the title of the world’s highest infinity pool, dethroning the former record held by the Address Beach Resort at 294 meters. Similarly, the Tattu Sky Lounge on the 81st floor will become the highest club globally, offering guests incredible views alongside a vibrant nightlife atmosphere.

These sky-high facilities promise not only leisure but also an awe-inspiring perspective of Dubai’s skyline, merging luxury with an adventurous spirit.

A Culinary Journey Above the Clouds

Dining will play a key role in the overall experience at Ciel Dubai Marina. Among its standout offerings is Tattu Dubai, an award-winning Asian restaurant that spans three upper floors, providing both modern Chinese aesthetics and panoramic views of the city.

The hotel will also feature several other dining options:

  • Risen Café & Artisanal Bakery: A beloved local hotspot with an all-day menu that highlights fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
  • West 13: This Mediterranean-inspired restaurant serves handmade pasta, Greek gyros, and mezze plates, all prepared in an inviting open kitchen setting.
  • East 14: Here, guests can enjoy a buffet-style selection that showcases flavors from Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, and India, complete with live cooking stations for favorites like ramen and curries.

These diverse culinary experiences are designed to enhance the hotel’s appeal, providing visitors with a holistic gourmet journey in a visually stunning environment.

Contributing to Dubai’s Growing Tourism

The opening of Ciel Dubai Marina aligns perfectly with Dubai’s booming tourism strategy. In 2024 alone, the city welcomed over 17 million international visitors, cements its reputation as a global luxury travel hub. With key international demand expected, especially during the peak winter season, this hotel is anticipated to become a major draw for both leisure and business travelers.

Now that bookings are open, Ciel Dubai Marina is positioned not just as a hotel, but as a symbol of Dubai’s ambition, creativity, and excellence in high-end hospitality. This new entry into the skyline marks a significant milestone, setting a benchmark for luxury establishments worldwide and further enhancing Dubai’s allure.

With its remarkable architecture and exclusive offerings, Ciel Dubai Marina is more than just a place to stay; it’s an experience waiting to be discovered.
