A Surging Vacancy Rate
Employees confirmed that Bath and Body Works’ last day of operation will be Saturday. This closure is indicative of the mall’s ongoing struggles, as it faces a staggering 75% vacancy rate. The township’s tally from October 2024 highlighted the mass exodus of retailers, leaving consumers with limited shopping options in the once-thriving space. The Departure of Major Retailers
