Ghana Property & Lifestyle Expo Achieves Record-Breaking Success in London

The recent Ghana Property & Lifestyle Expo (GPLE) in London has set new records, both in attendance and announcements. This year’s event marked an extraordinary milestone, as organizers Anna and Victoria Agyekum revealed plans for a new Dubai edition, scheduled for Spring 2026. This expansion broadens GPLE’s reach beyond established locations such as Washington DC, London, and Accra.

A Record-Setting Audience

The London Expo attracted its largest crowd yet, featuring a diverse array of attendees eager to engage with industry professionals, including reputable developers, financial advisors, and legal experts. Throughout the weekend, visitors experienced an extensive program of panel discussions and presentations designed to provide invaluable knowledge about investing in Ghanaian real estate.

In-Depth Discussions on Property Investment

One of the key highlights was the legal panel, which offered crucial insights on safe investing practices, strategies for navigating land acquisition, and tips to avoid common pitfalls. Additionally, sessions focused on the essentials of real estate investing, helping participants understand how to select verified developments and build sustainable investment portfolios.

Panelists also covered essential topics such as property management, land ownership, mortgages, diaspora financing options, wealth management strategies, and estate planning. This comprehensive approach enabled attendees to leave with a well-rounded understanding of how to invest confidently in Ghana’s property market.

Expert Insights from Developers

Developers from leading cities in Ghana, particularly Accra and Kumasi, shared their expertise on current construction trends and architectural planning. This allowed diaspora investors to gain insights into how to buy or build homes that cater to their specific needs.

One of the standout sessions featured Danny Angels, CEO of Royal Kingdom Estate, who spoke passionately about industry credibility, transparency, and sustainable growth. His insights resonated deeply with attendees, reflecting the Expo’s commitment to fostering trust in the real estate market.

Networking Opportunities and Inspirational Talks

The Expo environment buzzed with energy, allowing participants to network directly with exhibitors like Goldkey Properties, Clifton Homes, and Jacob West, all of which are committed to high standards in the industry. One of the most anticipated speeches came from GPLE Brand Ambassador AJ Akua Johnson. She recounted her journey to becoming an investor and a Ghanaian citizen, leaving audiences inspired by her message of empowerment and identity.

The event was further enhanced by the presence of Her Excellency Mrs. Sabah Zita Benson, Ghana’s new High Commissioner to the UK. In her keynote address, she commended Anna and Victoria for their role in fostering connections between Ghana and its diaspora through education and opportunities. The newly crowned Miss Ghana UK also attended, representing the evolving landscape of diaspora leadership.

Smooth Organization and Engaging Sessions

TV personality Ama K. Abebrese and media professional Kweku Owusu Frimpong skillfully hosted and moderated the sessions, ensuring active audience participation and a seamless event experience. Their expertise contributed to the event’s vibrancy and success.

Exciting Future Plans

As the Expo wrapped up, Anna and Victoria Agyekum made a significant announcement: the addition of a Dubai edition in Spring 2026. Co-founder Anna expressed that this expansion underscores GPLE’s ongoing commitment to engaging diaspora communities around the world. Victoria highlighted Dubai’s status as a global hub, making it an ideal location for the next chapter of the Expo.

Before the year concludes, GPLE will host its final event in Accra from December 16-17, continuing to strengthen its ties with the diaspora.

Commitment to Empowerment and Education

Founded by the Agyekum sisters, the Ghana Property & Lifestyle Expo remains dedicated to empowering both the diaspora and international investors interested in Ghana. By facilitating connections with verified developers, financial institutions, and legal experts, GPLE aims to champion transparency and opportunity within Ghana’s real estate and lifestyle sectors.
