Dubai, UAE: The Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) has unveiled a new gastronomic initiative titled “Dubai, A Fine Way to Dine.” This citywide program aims to showcase a curated selection of culinary experiences across Dubai’s diverse restaurant landscape. The initiative is set to run until April 19, encouraging residents to engage in shared dining experiences throughout the emirate.

Dubai’s gastronomy sector has long been a vital aspect of its global appeal. The city offers residents and visitors a unique opportunity to explore a dynamic dining scene influenced by nearly 200 nationalities. This rich tapestry of flavors and traditions, combined with a commitment to quality and authenticity, has garnered international recognition for Dubai’s culinary landscape.

The “Dubai, A Fine Way to Dine” program features a range of sought-after dining establishments, including MICHELIN-starred and Bib Gourmand restaurants. Notable participants include Avatara, Trèsind Studio, Il Ristorante – Niko Romito, TakaHisa, Jun’s, The Guild, CÉ LA VI, Manāo, 21grams, COYA, among others. This initiative offers unprecedented access to premium dining options, with discounts of up to 50% on à la carte menus, business lunches, and set menus available for all to enjoy.

Ahmed Al Khaja, CEO of the Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), part of DET, emphasized the importance of the gastronomy sector in connecting the community.
