WSP strengthens Middle East leadership with appointments of Rob Kettlety and Emma Wyatt

WSP has appointed Rob Kettlety as Executive Director, Clients & Growth, and Emma Wyatt as Senior Vice President, Marketing & Communications, EMEIAA, to its Middle East Executive Committee. This strategic move aims to bolster the consultancy’s leadership team as it expands its operations across the region, enhancing support for clients engaged in transformative projects.

The appointments come at a time when WSP is focused on strengthening client relationships and identifying growth opportunities in the Middle East. Kettlety, who has been with WSP for 16 years, will leverage his extensive experience to connect the firm’s expertise with client needs, aiming to deliver complex, high-impact programmes. He expressed enthusiasm for his new role, stating, “What excites me most about this role is the opportunity to help shape what comes next for our business.”

Leadership Roles and Responsibilities

In his new capacity, Kettlety will work on enhancing client engagement and fostering collaboration across WSP’s diverse capabilities. His track record includes significant contributions to the firm’s growth in the Middle East, where he has held various leadership roles. His focus will be on ensuring that WSP remains the partner of choice for ambitious projects in the region.

Wyatt, who recently relocated to Dubai from the UK, will continue her role as Senior Vice President, Marketing & Communications for EMEIAA while also leading marketing efforts across Europe, the Middle East, India, Africa, and Asia. Her responsibilities will include strengthening WSP’s market profile and showcasing the firm’s expertise in major projects. Wyatt highlighted the dynamic nature of the Middle East, stating, “The Middle East is one of the most dynamic and fast-growing regions in the world, and I’m delighted to be joining the Executive Committee at such an exciting time for the business.”
