ISNR 2026 Launches in Abu Dhabi Next Week, Expanding Exhibition Space by 17% and Attracting 253 Global Exhibitors

Abu Dhabi, UAE: The ninth edition of the International Exhibition for National Security and Resilience (ISNR) 2026 is scheduled to take place from May 19 to 21 at the ADNEC Centre in Abu Dhabi. Under the patronage of Lieutenant General His Highness Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, the event aims to showcase advancements in national security and resilience.

The exhibition area has expanded to 28,000 square metres, marking a 17% increase from the previous edition. The number of participating companies has risen by 19%, with 253 exhibitors confirmed. This year, the event will feature participation from 37 countries, reflecting a 6% growth, including nine nations attending for the first time.

Key Developments and Features

National companies constitute 60% of the total exhibitors, while international firms make up 40%. Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) represent 20% of the exhibitors, underscoring the exhibition’s commitment to empowering this vital sector. The UAE Pavilion will be the largest among all participating pavilions.

ISNR 2026 will introduce six new features and will encompass eight core security sectors, including homeland security, cybersecurity, commercial security, and artificial intelligence technologies. Additionally, the inaugural Abu Dhabi Global Sustainable Security Summit will coincide with the exhibition, attracting global decision-makers and experts.

Organizers and Partnerships

ISNR 2026 is organized by ADNEC Group, a Modon company, in collaboration with the UAE Ministry of Interior and in strategic partnership with the Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters. Rabdan Academy serves as the official Academic Partner, while Tawazun Council for Defence Enablement is the Strategic Enablement Partner. The Cyber Security Council is recognized as the Cyber Security Partner, with Presight acknowledged as the AI Industry Leader.

His Excellency Major General Dr. Ahmed Nasser Al Raisi, Inspector General at the Ministry of Interior and Chairman of the Supreme Organising Committee for ISNR 2026, highlighted that this edition will be the largest in the event’s history. He emphasized the UAE’s leadership in advancing national security systems and resilience by attracting top decision-makers and global companies specializing in modern security technologies.

Focus on Innovation and Technology

Major General Al Raisi noted that ISNR 2026 aligns with the UAE leadership’s vision to establish the country as a global hub for security dialogue and future solutions. The summit will address key global challenges, focusing on the role of artificial intelligence and modern technologies in enhancing security and emergency systems.

New initiatives at ISNR 2026 will include the AI Security Forum and the Code Breaker Hackathon, aimed at fostering knowledge exchange and exploring the future of cybersecurity and artificial intelligence. These initiatives will showcase the latest solutions in infrastructure protection and emergency response, further solidifying Abu Dhabi’s position as a center for security cooperation and innovation.

Community Engagement and Sports Initiatives

Brigadier General Dr. Omar Mohammed Al Khayal, Director of the Police Sports Association at the Ministry of Interior, announced the launch of the ISNR Fitness Championship, which includes categories for Civil Defence and Community Challenges. This initiative aims to enhance physical readiness and promote teamwork and discipline among participants.

The championship will feature 60 teams in the Firefighters category and 46 teams in the Community category, reflecting significant interest and engagement in sports and community objectives. This participation is expected to raise awareness about the importance of physical fitness in enhancing efficiency and readiness.

Future of Security and National Preparedness

His Excellency Salem Saeed Al-Saeedi, Vice President of Rabdan Academy, emphasized that the Abu Dhabi Global Sustainable Security Summit 2026 will serve as an international platform for security officials and experts to discuss future security and national preparedness amid rapid technological changes. The summit will focus on strategic themes such as AI-enabled governance and predictive security.

The program will feature over 60 speakers from more than 15 countries, fostering international dialogue and cooperation to develop sustainable security solutions. The initiative aims to empower young people through the “Circles of Resilience,” a platform for discussions on artificial intelligence and national defense, preparing the next generation of leaders in the security sector.

The ninth edition of ISNR is expected to announce numerous agreements and commercial deals, highlighting its role in supporting national industries and enhancing their competitiveness across various economic sectors.
