Meraas awards $160.7 million construction contract for 394 apartments at City Walk Crestlane

Meraas has awarded Parkway International Contracting (L.L.C.) a construction contract valued at over $160.7 million for the development of 394 apartments across four residential buildings at City Walk Crestlane. This project is part of Phase 3 of the City Walk development, with construction already underway and completion expected by the third quarter of 2028, as reported by ME Construction News.

Meraas’ Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Holding Real Estate, Khalid Al Malik, highlighted that the expansion of Crestlane is a response to the ongoing demand for urban living in central Dubai. He noted that this construction award marks a significant step forward in delivering high-quality homes within a vibrant urban environment.

Tarek Zoabi, Managing Partner at Parkway International Contracting, expressed pride in their partnership with Meraas, emphasizing their commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality throughout the construction process. He stated that their technical expertise will play a crucial role in the development of Crestlane, contributing to the evolution of one of Dubai’s prominent urban destinations.

City Walk Crestlane is designed to enhance the existing walkable urban environment of City Walk, featuring contemporary homes complemented by landscaped open spaces and unique water features. Residents will benefit from a range of amenities, including swimming pools, sports facilities, a fitness centre, a floating clubhouse, and an outdoor cinema, alongside City Walk’s established offerings of retail, dining, and leisure spaces.

Strategically located in central Dubai, City Walk Crestlane provides easy access to key areas such as Downtown Dubai, the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Jumeirah Beach, Sheikh Zayed Road, and Dubai International Airport, making it an attractive option for potential residents.
