Magna AI, Inc., a leader in integrated-value-chain sovereign AI transformation, has concluded its participation at LEAP 2026, showcasing its capabilities and forming strategic partnerships aimed at advancing AI deployment in Saudi Arabia and beyond. The company, established through a collaboration between Trend Micro and Wistron Digital Technology Holding Company (WDH) and powered by NVIDIA, aims to facilitate the transition of AI from concept to secure, production-scale applications.
During the four-day event, Magna AI presented its ‘Own Your Intelligence’ proposition at Booth H5 F40 in the DeepFest Hall. The showcase featured eight live demo pods that illustrated the AI value chain, including national and enterprise-scale AI infrastructure, a sovereign AI operating system, industry-specific applications, and enterprise AI cybersecurity solutions. The demonstration also highlighted collaborations with ecosystem partners such as VicOne, TrendLife, and EEC.
Among the strategic partnerships formalised at LEAP, four were with Saudi-based companies: Boud, Foresighted, Intella, and MBUZZ. The agreement with Boud focuses on delivering AI transformation and enablement services across the Kingdom, leveraging Magna AI’s enterprise AI platforms and governance frameworks alongside Boud’s integration and client engagement expertise. This partnership also aims to develop AI academies and certification programs to enhance local capabilities in line with Saudization objectives.
The collaboration with Foresighted centres on establishing sovereign AI infrastructure and governed AI transformation. This partnership combines Magna AI’s secure platform capabilities with Foresighted’s expertise in operationalising AI within existing systems, ensuring governance from the outset. The agreement also encompasses secure AI platforms, transformation services, and skills development initiatives to bolster local AI talent.
Additionally, the partnership with Intella, which focuses on Arabic dialectal voice and conversational AI, aims to create AI models that understand the Kingdom’s languages while operating on secure national infrastructure. This initiative aligns with Magna AI’s vision for sovereign AI, promoting the development of AI data centres and secure platforms for both governmental and enterprise use.
Beyond Saudi Arabia, the collaboration with MBUZZ, an ICT infrastructure and integration company, aims to extend Magna AI’s capabilities across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. This partnership combines AI enablement services with MBUZZ’s infrastructure integration expertise to assist enterprises in designing and adopting AI infrastructure and secure platforms.
On a global scale, Magna AI’s collaboration with VAST Data enhances its technology stack by integrating its AI transformation model with VAST’s AI Operating System, which supports large-scale training and inference workloads.
Dr. Moataz BinAli, CEO of Magna AI, noted that as AI adoption accelerates, the emphasis is shifting towards deploying and scaling AI with confidence. He expressed that the company’s presence at LEAP demonstrated the necessary technology and partnerships to make sovereign AI a practical reality, aligning with Saudi Arabia’s AI ambitions and Vision 2030.
