Manama – His Excellency Dr. Saad bin Saud Al-Fahaid, President of the Arabian Gulf University, welcomed His Excellency Dr. Abdullah bin Ali Al-Shibli, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education for Higher Education in the Sultanate of Oman, along with his delegation.
