The Tecate Pa’l Norte festival in Monterrey, Mexico, kicked off Guns N’ Roses’ world tour on March 28, 2026. Grupo Frontera commenced their 2026 international tour, Triste Pero Bien Cbrón, with a highly anticipated performance. They showcased songs from their 2025 album, Lo Que Me Falta Por Llorar*, along with other hits that have solidified their position in regional Mexican music. Vocalist Adelaido “Payo” Solís III acknowledged the audience, referencing Colombian group Morat, whose hit “No Se Va” was covered by Frontera in a norteño style that reached No. 3 on the Hot Latin Songs chart in 2022. Their setlist included tracks such as “La del Proceso,” “¿Por Qué Será?” and “De Lunes a Lunes.”

Los Fabulosos Cadillacs: A Rhythmic Performance

Argentine band Los Fabulosos Cadillacs brought their signature rhythm to the festival, performing songs like “Manuel Santillán, El León,” “Calaveras y Diablitos,” “Los Condenaditos,” and “Padre Nuestro.” Bassist Flavio Cianciarulo expressed the emotional significance of performing in Monterrey, as his wife is from the city. Their repertoire also included “Mal Bicho,” “El Satánico Doctor Cadillac,” and “Matador.”

The Warning: A Hometown Show

The Villarreal sisters, known as The Warning, delivered a powerful performance in their hometown, reinforcing their status as one of Mexico’s most successful rock bands. Their set featured an explosive mix of songs, including “More,” “S!ck,” “Escapism,” “Disciple,” “Hell You Call a Dream,” and “EVOLVE.” They also surprised the audience with a special guest appearance from Paty Cantú, who performed “¿Qué Más Quieres?” alongside them.
