An Amber Alert was issued on Tuesday afternoon for a 2-month-old boy named Roma Williams, who was reported abducted in Clayton County, Georgia.

According to authorities, the suspect involved in this troubling incident is 25-year-old Tariq Williams, Roma’s father, who allegedly took the child around 8:35 AM following a domestic dispute.
Reports from the Clayton County Police Department indicate that the altercation took place near the intersection of Felder Road and Mt. Zion Boulevard. During this incident, Tariq reportedly assaulted Roma’s mother before making off with her car, leaving her on the side of the road with the infant.

Investigation efforts have revealed that Tariq and Roma were last spotted on Lake Harbin Road in Rex. At that time, they were traveling westbound in a silver 2017 Volkswagen Passat, which bears the Georgia license plate DCA8894.
