Ali Khalifa bin Thalith, Secretary-General of HIPA, expressed his enthusiasm in announcing Dr. Mohamad as the recipient of this prestigious award. He emphasized HIPA’s commitment to recognizing projects that not only showcase quality but also leave a lasting impact on audiences. Bin Thalith described Dr. Mohamad as a fervent advocate for creative empowerment and innovative education, which significantly benefits learners in the field.

Dr. Mohamad’s recognition aligns with HIPA’s mission, inspired by the vision of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai. The award aims to support the arts and foster cultural and intellectual creativity within the region.
