In addition to its partnership with Thomsun Industries, Azizi Developments has announced another significant collaboration with Esharah Etisalat Security Solutions, a leader in mission-critical communication solutions in the UAE. This partnership aims to enhance security and operational efficiency through the deployment of a TETRA communications system for Burj Azizi, slated to be the second tallest tower in the world.

The TETRA (Terrestrial Trunked Radio) system will ensure secure and reliable communications across Burj Azizi, facilitating operational efficiency and bolstering safety measures crucial for emergency responsiveness across the tower’s mixed-use components.

Set to be completed by 2028, Burj Azizi will soar 725 meters high and encompass over 131 stories. This landmark project will host a luxurious blend of residential, hotel, retail, and leisure spaces. The retail sector will feature an ultra-luxury mall, home to a selection of high-end fashion brands, elevating the shopping experience in Dubai.

The residential section of Burj Azizi plans to offer a range of luxurious one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. For every 20 floors of residences, there will be dedicated amenity levels, including swimming pools with sauna and steam rooms, fully equipped gyms, yoga centers, spas, games rooms, business centers, a kids’ play area, a cinema, and a restaurant with a coffee shop, plus a supermarket for added convenience.
