Sdeira Group reveals masterplan for Aryam Community in KEZAD Al Mamourah

Published:

Sdeira Group, a subsidiary of AD Ports Group, has unveiled the masterplan for the Aryam Community in KEZAD Al Mamourah, designed to accommodate up to 27,000 residents. This development aims to support the growing industrial workforce in the region, aligning with Abu Dhabi’s Industrial Strategy, which targets a manufacturing sector growth to US $46.83 billion by 2031.

The Aryam Community will provide scalable accommodation and essential amenities for workers in KEZAD Al Mamourah’s industrial, logistics, and commercial sectors. The project is strategically located near Khalifa Port and the Abu Dhabi–Dubai transport corridor, enhancing accessibility for residents and employers alike. Construction is set to commence in the first half of 2027, with completion expected by 2029.

Community Features and Amenities

Abdulaziz A. Bawazeer, CEO of Sdeira Group, emphasized the importance of community in driving industrial growth. “As Abu Dhabi’s industrial economy expands, the communities supporting the people behind that growth will play an increasingly important role in business performance and industrial competitiveness,” he stated. The Aryam Community is designed with liveability at its core, ensuring that residents have access to necessary services and recreational facilities.

The community will feature a variety of amenities, including a supermarket, administrative facilities, a medical clinic, and retail spaces. Additionally, a central kitchen operated by ZOAD, Sdeira Group’s catering services company, will provide meal preparation and distribution throughout the community. Residents will also benefit from dedicated laundry services and recreational spaces, including four outdoor sports courts and indoor leisure areas.

Phased Development Approach

The Aryam Community will be developed in two phases. The first phase will accommodate 14,000 residents across a site area of 110,200 square meters and a built-up area of 137,800 square meters. Upon completion of both phases, the community will have the capacity to support up to 27,000 residents, reflecting the growing demand for housing in the region.

Smart metering, energy-efficient measures, and water-conservation solutions are integral to the design, promoting sustainability and long-term operational efficiency. The project aims to create a balanced environment where residents can thrive both personally and professionally.

As the Aryam Community progresses, it is expected to play a crucial role in supporting Abu Dhabi’s industrial ambitions while enhancing the quality of life for its residents.
