Dubai-it Award Nominations Open Today: Recognize Transformative Achievements by September 10, 2026

Dubai has officially opened nominations for the inaugural Dubai-it Award, aimed at celebrating individuals, projects, and organizations that have successfully transformed bold ambitions into measurable impacts. This initiative underscores the city’s commitment to not only recognizing innovative ideas but also honoring those who bring them to fruition.

Overview of the Dubai-it Initiative

Launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, the Dubai-it initiative was introduced on June 17. The initiative aims to instill Dubai’s work philosophy in future generations, focusing on achieving exceptional results with precision and speed. Sheikh Mohammed emphasized that “speed does not mean rushing, quality does not mean slowing down, and ambition has no value without execution.”

Purpose of the Dubai-it Award

The Dubai-it Award was announced on June 24 by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of The Executive Council. The award seeks to recognize those who have effectively turned visionary ideas into tangible results, delivered with excellence and distinction. His Excellency Mohammad Abdullah Al Gergawi, Chairman of The Executive Office of Sheikh Mohammed, oversees the award.
