Registration Process
To subscribe to the Smart Home Security System, residents must visit the official Dubai Police Home Security website. The registration process involves the following steps:
- Access the website homesecurity.dubaipolice.gov.ae and log in using your UAE PASS.
- Click ‘Register’ to create an account. Provide your mobile number, verification code, full name, email address, Emirates ID, and create a password. A scanned version of your Emirates ID (both sides) will also need to be uploaded.
- Enter your address or Makani.
- Add a secondary contact, such as a spouse.
- Choose your package. A detailed cost breakdown will be displayed. After agreeing to the terms and conditions, complete the payment online using a debit or credit card.
Upon confirmation of payment, users will receive notification of their installation date and time.
