Dubai Set to Host PropTech Connect Middle East in February 2026

Date:

Major Real Estate and Technology Conference Scheduled for February in Dubai

The highly anticipated event, organized in collaboration with the Dubai Land Department, is set to take place from February 4 to 5 at the Grand Hyatt Dubai. This conference is expected to draw over 3,000 participants, showcasing more than 1,500 companies from diverse fields such as real estate, technology, and venture capital.

Bridging Real Estate and Technology

This conference aims to create a dynamic intersection where real estate professionals meet technological innovators. Developers, owners, operators, brokers, and occupiers will gather alongside experts in proptech, artificial intelligence, and investment. The event organizers are focused on fostering direct engagement, facilitating thousands of one-on-one meetings through specially designed platforms throughout the two days.

By hosting this regional edition of the conference, Dubai is actively advancing the goals outlined in its Economic Agenda D33. This agenda emphasizes digital transformation as a vital component for doubling the emirate’s economy and enhancing its global standing. Additionally, the event aligns with the Dubai Real Estate Sector Strategy 2033, which aims to boost market efficiency, enhance data integration, and promote transparency, thereby increasing the sector’s contribution to economic growth.

Emphasis on Data, AI, and Market Efficiency

The conference program includes over 60 panel discussions across five thematic platforms, focusing on areas such as residential, hospitality, commercial, industrial, development, and asset management. Complementing these discussions will be 50 insightful case studies drawn from international real estate markets. Furthermore, attendees can participate in 25 specialized workshops and closed-door meetings that center on practical applications of technologies like artificial intelligence, blockchain, and data analytics in the real estate sector.

PropTech Connect is set to feature two dedicated exhibition zones along with structured networking areas aimed at connecting innovative startups with prominent global technology leaders and institutional investors. This strategic format is designed to transcend mere discussion, fostering meaningful collaboration throughout the real estate value chain.

Dubai: A Global Hub for PropTech Expansion

PropTech Connect has quickly gained recognition as one of the fastest-growing conferences in the real estate technology sector on a global scale. With more than 200 speakers representing leading institutions in real estate, investment, and technology from Europe, the United States, Asia, and the Middle East, the event promises to be a melting pot of ideas and innovations. Dubai was carefully selected as the inaugural destination for the conference’s international expansion, following thorough discussions with the Dubai Land Department.
