Notably, two of the pitches will include 500-seat stands, allowing for an elevated spectator experience.
For cricket lovers, a pristine international-standard oval will be available, complete with professional-grade training nets and tailored changing rooms. The design also incorporates a grass bank for casual viewing and a 100-seat stand, promoting an inviting atmosphere for fans and visitors alike.
A Cutting-Edge Indoor Shooting Range
A major highlight of the development is the 15,000 sqm indoor shooting facility, which will boast 25m and 50m pistol ranges, alongside a multifunctional 200m shotgun and rifle range. The anticipated opening of this facility is expected in early 2026, targeting a tentative milestone in February, aligning with the project’s phased rollout.
