Supporting the expanded aftersales operations is ROX’s regional parts hub in Jebel Ali, developed in partnership with JINGDONG Logistics. Announced in April and now operational, this hub allows distributors across key GCC markets to source parts directly from the UAE. Managing over 30,000 parts across more than 2,000 SKUs, the hub boasts a first-time fulfillment rate of up to 95%. This infrastructure is designed to reduce repair lead times and improve service responsiveness, facilitating next-day parts fulfillment across the UAE.
