Located in the vibrant Wafi City, this state-of-the-art facility is operated by VFS Global, renowned for its innovative visa services. Inaugurated by high-profile dignitaries, including His Excellency Helal Saeed Almarri, this facility marks a crucial milestone in Dubai’s strategic focus on enhancing global mobility.

His Excellency Almarri stated, "This milestone is more than an infrastructure achievement — it reflects the strategic direction Dubai is taking to enhance global mobility, unlock access to opportunity, and accelerate growth across our visitor and business economy."

Scale and Capacity

Spanning an impressive 150,000 square feet, the new centre is designed to handle a staggering 10,000 visa applications daily—the highest capacity of any facility worldwide. With a dedicated team of over 400 trained professionals from more than 25 countries, it serves as a centralized hub for 37 client governments, offering over 200 submission counters. This unprecedented consolidation of services signifies a remarkable advancement in global mobility infrastructure.

At the heart of this landmark centre lies cutting-edge technology aimed at optimizing efficiency and enhancing security. The incorporation of an AI Innovation Hub allows for real-time document validation and advanced biometrics, ensuring secure processing.

Visitors can take advantage of QR code-based e-tokens for check-in, augmented by a sophisticated queue management system, enabling a smooth flow of applicants even during busy hours. Further, the facility’s Digitisation Centre converts paper documents into secure digital records, enhancing both processing speed and security.
