The latest cohort sifted through over 6,600 applications from 146 countries. Since its inception, 313 alumni from 53 different nations have completed consulting projects for more than 30 organizations, reportedly saving $23 million in consulting fees.

This program features a comprehensive structure that appeals to graduates. Participants rotate among academic courses, skills development workshops, cultural immersion sessions, and two key internships: a 12-week position within a Dubai firm and a 12-week consulting project carried out with a team. Throughout their journey, they receive invaluable career and life coaching, plus masterclasses led by business leaders and hands-on mentoring.

For many participants, this exposure proves to be transformative. “My DBA experience in Dubai truly accelerated my career,” shares Leya Ali, a graduate from Cambridge now engaged in Business Development and Mergers & Acquisitions. “Working on real strategic projects with international teams provided me with the analytical edge and cultural fluency that top companies seek.
