### A New Era in Luxury Hospitality at Palm Jumeirah
Effective from **1st August 2025**, Minor Hotels is set to enhance its presence in the United Arab Emirates with the addition of a new resort and serviced residences, currently known as Dukes The Palm, a Royal Hideaway Hotel. This move significantly strengthens Minor Hotels’ portfolio, establishing it as the largest operator on the iconic Trunk of the Palm.

### Expansion and Capacity
The upcoming resort will feature **273 hotel keys** alongside **287 serviced apartments**, all located in a premier beachfront setting adjacent to NH Collection Dubai The Palm, which opened its doors in February 2023. With this integration, Minor Hotels will boast a total of **1,524 keys** on Palm Jumeirah across three distinctive properties, including Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort. This impressive expansion underscores the group’s long-term commitment to the UAE’s booming hospitality sector.
### Prime Location and Lifestyle Offerings
Strategically positioned on **Palm West Beach**, known as one of Dubai’s most vibrant lifestyle areas, the new property gives guests direct access to a lively beachfront promenade. Here, one can find upscale restaurants, trendy beach clubs, and diverse entertainment venues. Additionally, the resort is conveniently located just a **30-minute drive** from Dubai International Airport, making it a superb choice for both leisure seekers and business travelers alike.
### Diverse Accommodations and Amenities
The property will offer a variety of room and suite options, including studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom layouts among its **287 serviced apartments**. Guests will have the opportunity to indulge in **six dining venues**, which range from a specialty restaurant to a pool bar. For relaxation, the resort features a private beach, an inviting infinity pool, a serene lazy river, as well as extensive wellness and family-friendly facilities tailored to enhance the overall guest experience.

### Commitment to Quality and Rebranding
In line with Minor Hotels’ commitment to excellence, a soft refurbishment of guest rooms and public spaces will be implemented prior to the rebranding of the property, details of which will be disclosed later in 2025. This approach underscores Minor’s promise to deliver value to both guests and partners while reinforcing the property’s positioning in a competitive market.
### Strategic Alliances for Enhanced Experiences
Dillip Rajakarier, CEO of Minor Hotels, articulated that the expanded collaboration with Seven Tides aligns perfectly with their shared vision and values. He noted, “Palm Jumeirah is one of the most dynamic hospitality markets in the world, and securing a dominant presence on West Beach enables us to bring our elevated guest experiences to a location that perfectly embodies the energy and ambition of Dubai.”
In a similar vein, Amir Golbarg, Senior Vice President of Minor Hotels Middle East & Africa, highlighted that this new addition illustrates their strategic vision for growth in high-demand urban resort destinations. He emphasized the significance of their partnership with Seven Tides, stating that it allows them to enhance guest experiences and foster long-term success on Palm Jumeirah.
### Operational Synergy and Future Growth
Abdulla bin Sulayem, CEO of Seven Tides, explained the strategic importance of this appointment, particularly given that Minor Hotels already successfully manages the neighboring NH Collection Dubai The Palm. He expects that this agreement will lead to enhanced synergy between the hotels, elevating Palm West Beach as one of Dubai’s premier hospitality destinations.
With this latest addition, Minor Hotels continues to expand dynamically across the UAE. Currently operating **17 properties** under **5 brands**, the group is keenly focused on leveraging strong partnerships and local market insights to drive sustainable growth, further solidifying its place as a leader in the hospitality landscape of the region.
