Extensive Experience in Hospitality
Refai brings over 20 years of international experience in the hospitality sector, having worked with prestigious brands such as Hilton, Shangri-La, Sofitel, Four Seasons, Wyndham, and Centara. His career has spanned key markets in the Middle East, Asia, and the United States, where he has established a strong reputation for successfully leading hotel openings and driving operational excellence.
Prior to joining Arabella Beach Hotel Kuwait, Refai served as the Hotel Manager at Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah. In this role, he was responsible for the daily operations and played a crucial part in enhancing the hotel’s commercial performance in a highly competitive beachfront market. His previous positions include Director of Operations and General Manager, where he consistently achieved strong financial results.
Strategic Leadership at Arabella Beach Hotel
In his new role, Refai will oversee the strategic and operational direction of Arabella Beach Hotel Kuwait. His primary focus will be on driving revenue growth, enhancing market positioning, and improving overall commercial performance. The hotel is currently expanding its culinary, leisure, and lifestyle offerings to meet the growing demand from both domestic and regional guests. Additionally, Refai will manage the soon-to-be-opened hotel in Kuwait, further solidifying UHM’s commitment to the Kuwaiti market.
