Danube Properties has officially launched Shahrukhz Residences, marking the debut of the world’s first celebrity-named residential tower in Dubai. Located in Dubai Maritime City, Shahrukhz Residences will feature fully furnished apartments starting at AED 1.65 million. The payment plan offers flexibility, requiring 30% during construction and the remaining 70% upon handover. This launch follows the successful debut of the Shahrukhz commercial tower, which sold out on its launch day.
