Nahaté: An Extravagant Dining and Entertainment Destination in Dubai

Nahate: A New Pinnacle of Luxury in Dubai’s Dining Scene

In the heart of Dubai’s bustling Trade Centre area, right in front of the illustrious Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), co-founders Sam Flerentsev and Jenya Makeevva launched Nahate in November 2024. This family-run establishment aims to redefine fine dining in Dubai, offering a cocktail bar, a nightclub, and a private membership club that deliver a level of opulence rarely seen in the city.

Dubai: A Global Hub

Dubai is not just a dazzling metropolis; it’s one of the top ten most visited cities in the world. Renowned for its awe-inspiring architecture, robust trade and financial sectors, and rich cultural tapestry, Dubai continues to attract a diverse array of tourists—both leisurely travelers and business professionals alike. Its reputation for luxury and extravagance makes it a booming destination for global tourists seeking unique experiences.

Nahate: A Bespoke Space In Dubai

The name "Nahate," derived from the Russian word meaning "home," encapsulates the essence the founders wished to convey: a warm, inviting atmosphere blended with extravagant décor. Located on the third floor of the DIFC, this venue spans multiple luxurious spaces, including a gourmet restaurant, two exclusive membership areas, and the world’s first Jacob & Co. Cigar Lounge.

A Transformation of Space

From Thursday to Saturday, Nahate transforms into a vibrant nightspot, featuring entertainment and stunning views of the Dubai skyline. With walls meticulously hand-painted in gold leaf and a jungle-themed décor that incorporates spiritual totems and detailed animal artwork, the restaurant’s design invites guests into a narrative-rich environment.

The ambiance is both lavish and homely, with custom-made fabrics and bespoke furnishings that reflect the founders’ desire to create a space reminiscent of a luxury private estate, aptly named "jungle meets jewel box."

The Impressive Red Room

Highlighting the venue’s exclusivity is the Red Room, designed for private dining. Here, a custom Baccarat chandelier dramatically hangs over the Chef’s Table, creating a striking visual centerpiece. The dining room accommodates 16 guests and is enveloped in creamy, neutral tones paired with rich red accents, ensuring an intimate dining experience that also prioritizes sound dampening for private conversations.

Unsurpassed Luxury: The Most Expensive Cocktail

In a bold statement of elegance and exclusivity, Nahate recently auctioned what is now dubbed the most expensive cocktail in the world, fetching an astonishing 37,500€ (around $41,160 USD). Crafted by the illustrious bartender Salvatore “The Maestro” Calabrese, this exquisite cocktail was a unique blend of custom PATRÓN tequila—featuring an amalgamation of three flamboyantly aged tequilas—paired with the rarefied Kina Lillet from 1950 and Angostura Bitters from the 1930s.

Celebrating Baccarat’s 260th anniversary, this unparalleled cocktail was served in two rare, vintage Baccarat crystal glasses from 1937, adding an extra layer of opulence. The winning bidder not only enjoyed the cocktail but also took home the rare ingredients and the exquisite glassware, highlighting the unique offerings at Nahate.

An Immersive Dining Experience

While the Nahate-Patron-Baccarat auction was a one-time event, it serves as a tantalizing glimpse into the extraordinary dining, bespoke cocktails, and engaging entertainment that patrons can expect. Nahate stands out as a vibrant enclave that artfully combines storytelling through design, culinary excellence, and an atmosphere that invites you to linger and indulge.

Unique Offerings and Experiences

In this bustling gastronomic landscape, Nahate is not just a restaurant but an experience—a multi-faceted haven that speaks to those who enjoy the finer things in life, whether it’s through an exquisite meal, a rare drink, or the thrill of exclusive events. As Dubai continues to evolve into a global melting pot of cultures and inspirations, gems like Nahate only further enhance the city’s already rich tapestry.

A Note on Community and Shared Experiences

At its core, Nahate is an extension of hospitality, where every detail—from its luxurious furnishings to the intricate flavors of its dishes—aims to create a richer experience. As each guest steps in, they are not merely diners but partakers in a larger narrative that celebrates both tradition and modernity, embodying the spirit of connection that dining often symbolizes.

Whether you’re seeking a chic night out or a memorable dining experience, Nahate offers a slice of luxury that imprints itself on your memory long after the last course has been served.
