Attendees and Programme Overview
The discussions were attended by Mohammed Ibrahim Al Shaibani, Director-General of H.H. the Ruler’s Court, along with other officials intricately involved in the program. The DBA (Dubai Business Associates) initiative, managed by Falcon Consultancy, is recognized as one of the most competitive business and educational programs globally, receiving over 5,500 applications each year from talented graduates in the UAE and worldwide.
Programme Structure and Participation
This robust nine-month program seamlessly integrates academic learning, business placements, industry networking, coaching, and cultural experiences. The tenth edition welcomed 36 participants from 22 different countries, including nine Emiratis. These participants collaborated on real-world consulting projects with prominent Dubai organizations, such as Emirates, DIFC, dnata, DP World, and the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET). Such dynamic interactions not only enhance learning but also provide valuable contributions to the partnering organizations.
Achievements and Impact
Since its inception in 2014, the DBA program has successfully attracted 278 associates from 44 countries, with 56 of those being UAE nationals. The program has facilitated over 140 work placements within more than 30 Dubai-based companies, culminating in 84 consulting projects valued at a substantial $27 million. Notably, more than 30% of the applicants originate from QS Top 10 global universities, showcasing the caliber of talent involved.

These organizations provide world-class training programs designed to equip associates with the skills necessary for thriving in their professional careers.
