Game Times and Pairings Announced for the 78th Men’s College World Series

OMAHA — Anticipation is in the air as the matchups and schedules for the 2025 NCAA Men’s College World Series (MCWS) have been officially released. This year marks the 78th edition of the MCWS, and it will be held at the iconic Charles Schwab Field in Omaha, Nebraska, from June 13 through June 22/23.

The festivities kick off on Friday, June 13, with the opening game scheduled for 1 p.m. CT. This matchup will feature the No. 13 national seed, Coastal Carolina (53-11), going head-to-head against Arizona (44-19) on ESPN. Following this exciting matchup, the second game of the day will spotlight the No. 8 seed, Oregon State (47-14-1), as they take on the Louisville Cardinals (40-22) in a 6 p.m. CT showdown, also airing on ESPN.

The action continues on Saturday, June 14, with an exciting slate of games. The first contest will see the No. 15 national seed UCLA (47-16) face either Duke (41-20 as of June 8) or Murray State (43-15 as of June 8) at 1 p.m. CT on ESPN. Following that, the No. 3 national seed Arkansas (48-13) will play against the No. 6 national seed LSU (48-15), starting at 6 p.m. CT on ESPN.

For those eager fans looking to extend the excitement, the tournament structure guarantees further thrilling matchups. The losing teams from Friday’s games will clash at 1 p.m. CT on Sunday, June 15, while the winners will meet at 6 p.m. CT on the same day, both games showcased on ESPN. Meanwhile, the losers from Saturday’s games will compete against each other Monday, June 16, at 1 p.m. CT on ESPN, with the winners from Saturday facing off at 6 p.m. CT on ESPN.

As the excitement builds, the champions from the two separate brackets will advance to the best-of-three Finals. The first game is scheduled for 6 p.m. CT on Saturday, June 21, on ESPN, followed by the second game at 1:30 p.m. CT on Sunday, June 22, on ABC. If necessary, a decisive third game is set for 6:30 p.m. CT on Monday, June 23, broadcasted on ESPN.
