Emaar Properties has unveiled its latest hospitality venture, Address The Bay, a high-rise hotel project located at Emaar Beachfront in Dubai Harbour. Scheduled to open in 2027, this ultra-luxury hotel will feature 182 rooms and aims to enhance the region’s hospitality offerings, according to a statement from the developer reported by ME Construction News.
Address The Bay will boast a 523-square-metre main pool deck with cabana seating, providing a relaxing atmosphere for guests. The hotel will also include six dining and lounge concepts, catering to a variety of culinary experiences from all-day dining to poolside refreshments.
The strategic location of Address The Bay is a significant draw, offering guests immediate access to the beach and waterfront, while also being in proximity to Dubai Marina and a wide array of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Emaar Properties highlighted that the hotel will provide a unique experience, allowing guests to seamlessly transition between beach, pool, dining, and city activities.
In addition to Address The Bay, Emaar is expanding its Address brand with two more projects: Address Diriyah in Riyadh and Address Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. Address Diriyah, set to open in 2028, will feature 204 hotel keys and 60 serviced apartments, along with six dining options and a rooftop pool café. This hotel aims to integrate luxury hospitality within Saudi Arabia’s cultural and heritage-rich Diriyah district.
Address Al Marjan Island, also scheduled for a 2028 opening, will comprise 196 keys and will be designed around its beachfront location. The resort will include three swimming pools, dining venues, and a jetty lounge, providing guests with ample opportunities for relaxation and leisure by the coast.
These new developments reflect Emaar’s commitment to enhancing the luxury hospitality landscape across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, offering diverse experiences that cater to both leisure and cultural tourism.
