He noted that such conduct not only reflects positively on the UAE’s image but also ensures that everyone can enjoy the holiday without any incidents or disruptions.

Comprehensive Traffic Management Plans

Dubai Police has put in place extensive traffic management strategies for major roads, intersections, and popular celebration venues. The specific measures include:

  • Ensure that front and rear number plates are clearly visible
  • Avoid unauthorized vehicle modifications such as changing color, window tinting, or adding non-permitted stickers for Eid

  • Adhere to passenger limits and ensure no one hangs out of windows or sunroofs
  • Refrain from making unlicensed modifications that create excess noise or obstruct visibility

Encouraging Public Participation

Residents are encouraged to play their part by reporting unsafe driving or traffic incidents through the Police Eye feature on the Dubai Police app or by calling 901. Authorities highlight that public cooperation is vital in preventing accidents and ensuring a safe, orderly holiday atmosphere.

Zero Tolerance for Violations

His commitment to preserving Dubai’s reputation for safety is strong, ensuring that Eid Al Etihad remains a joyous and secure occasion for everyone involved.
