On Saturday, November 15, participants can choose the Sprint Race, which involves a 750m swim, a 20km bike ride, and a 5km run. For those who prefer a team-based approach, the Duathlon Relay (5km run, 22km bike, and 5km run) offers a fun way to collaborate with friends or family.

For the more experienced athletes, there’s the ultimate challenge: the 100KM T100 Triathlon on Sunday, November 16. This intense race consists of a 2km swim, an 80km bike ride, and an 18km run, making it a true test of endurance and skill.

The Music Run: Fun for Everyone

It embodies an inclusive spirit, making it easier for everyone to get involved while enjoying the stunning cityscape of Dubai.

Visionary Support for Community Engagement

His Excellency Saeed Hareb, Secretary General of the Dubai Sports Council (DSC), expressed the central vision behind the event, stating that “Dubai T100 reflects the goal of making sport and physical activity a regular part of life for everyone in the Emirate.” He emphasized how the combination of elite competition and community events like the Music Run creates an inspiring atmosphere that fosters both high-level sport and grassroots participation.

A Spotlight on Dubai’s Vibrancy

Ahmed Al Khaja, CEO of the Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), echoed this enthusiasm, stating, “Dubai T100 exemplifies how global sporting events showcase the energy and diversity of our city while putting some of our most iconic landmarks on the world stage.” He highlighted that placing the event during the Dubai Fitness Challenge adds even more significance, encouraging both residents and visitors to engage with fitness and appreciate Dubai’s evolution into one of the world’s most health-conscious cities.

A Festival of Movement and Community

The T100 weekend is more than just races; it’s a celebration of health, community, and culture. In addition to the various races, spectators can expect live music, delicious food options, partner activations, and various entertainment offerings designed to create a festival atmosphere in one of the world’s leading cities.
