AlphaMind expands rapidly with 26 venues, including new concepts at Dubai Harbour

Published:

AlphaMind, a rapidly growing lifestyle hospitality group, has expanded its portfolio to 26 venues, with plans for more openings in Dubai and beyond. Founded in February 2024, the group has launched 11 venues in 2025 alone, including notable concepts like KIRA, CLAP, and Bar du Port. This expansion reflects a strategic vision to create unique dining and nightlife experiences amid regional uncertainties, according to Tony Habre, the group’s Founder and CEO.

AlphaMind was established as a joint venture between ADMO Lifestyle Holding and Addmind Hospitality, aiming to elevate homegrown brands across the UAE and internationally. Currently, the group operates 18 brands in nine cities across six countries, including Lebanon, Egypt, and Spain. Habre emphasized the importance of community and creativity in their offerings, stating, “We chose to trust our concepts and our agile, resilient team.”

Transforming Dubai Harbour into a Lifestyle Hub

One of AlphaMind’s standout projects is at Dubai Harbour, where the group has transformed a former helipad into Harbour House, a vibrant lifestyle destination featuring five distinct concepts. This spring, three new venues opened: Iris Harbour, a rooftop lounge; Sutēki, a Wagyu-focused restaurant; and Café du Port, which caters to the city’s coffee culture. The group plans to unveil Bar du Port and Son of a Fish, a Greek restaurant, by the end of 2026, creating a comprehensive social space that operates from morning until late night.

Habre noted the collaborative partnership with Shamal Holding, the landlord, which has been crucial in realizing this vision. He explained, “People don’t go out just to eat. They want to feel like they’ve traveled somewhere for the night.” This approach aims to foster a sense of community among both residents and visitors.

Global Expansion of Homegrown Brands

In a shift from the traditional model of importing restaurant concepts, AlphaMind is now exporting its own brands internationally. Venues like Bar du Port and CLAP have expanded from Lebanon to the UAE, Egypt, and Qatar, with plans for further growth. Habre remarked, “For years, the region imported hospitality concepts; now it leads the development.” The group’s international reputation has attracted high-profile figures, enhancing its visibility and appeal.

Commitment to Talent and Technology

AlphaMind is not only focused on new openings but also on enhancing existing venues through top culinary talent. Notable chefs, including Reif Othman and Pablo Fernandez, have joined the team to elevate the dining experience. Additionally, the company launched a proprietary loyalty platform, Mindset by AlphaMind, designed to enhance customer engagement and retention by offering rewards and personalized experiences.

Fostering Community Connections

In response to challenging times for the hospitality industry, AlphaMind recently offered a 30% discount across its UAE venues, reinforcing its commitment to community and connection. Habre stated, “At the end of the day, growing a hospitality business isn’t just a real estate exercise—it’s about human connection.” This philosophy underpins AlphaMind’s approach as it continues to expand its footprint in the competitive hospitality landscape.
