Launch of the ‘Dubai Ambition’ Initiative
During the forum, the Emirates Human Resources Development Council introduced the ‘Dubai Ambition’ initiative. This program aims to employ 5,000 Emiratis in the private sector within the year. Additionally, it promises to deliver training and development programs for 20,000 Emirati students and graduates, collaborating with both public and private sector organizations.

A highlight of the event was His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum taking photographs with 29 graduates of the Chief Financial Officer Programme. This initiative focuses on transforming national talents into proficient financial leaders capable of managing institutions effectively. Additionally, group photos were taken with partners involved in the ‘Tomouh Dubai’ initiative.
