Jumeirah Expands Luxury Footprint in Dubai with New Developments
Luxury hospitality brand Jumeirah is making waves in the Dubai real estate scene with the introduction of three new high-end developments, highlighting its commitment to boutique-style properties. Among these, Jumeirah Asora Bay stands out as an ambitious new venture set to redefine luxury living on the peninsula of La Mer South.
Jumeirah Asora Bay: A Glimpse Into the Future
The centerpiece of this expansion is Jumeirah Asora Bay, an impressive hotel and residence project scheduled for completion in 2029. This modern establishment will feature 103 well-appointed rooms and suites as well as 20 luxurious villas, blending architectural elegance with a focus on exclusivity. Positioned within a thriving area of Dubai, the hotel’s design promises to harmonize with the natural beauty of its surroundings while offering guests stunning views of both the Arabian Gulf and the vibrant Dubai skyline.
A Collaborative Vision for Residential Excellence
In partnership with Meraas, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, Jumeirah will also introduce the Jumeirah Residences Asora Bay. This unique offering will include a selection of 29 exclusive residences ranging from multi-bedroom apartments to an opulent seven-bedroom penthouse. The project’s hillside location further enriches its allure, providing residents with breathtaking vistas alongside the premium lifestyle that Jumeirah is renowned for.
Khalid Al Malik, CEO of Dubai Holding Real Estate, emphasized this commitment to exceptional living: “These residences combine innovative design, premium amenities, and renowned Jumeirah hospitality, setting a new standard for residential excellence and reinforcing Dubai’s leadership in luxury real estate.”
Jumeirah Residences Emirates Towers: A New Benchmark for Luxury Living
The expansion doesn’t stop there. Jumeirah is also launching the Jumeirah Residences Emirates Towers, featuring 754 units of varying sizes, from one to four-bedroom apartments. This development will offer an array of lifestyle amenities including fitness studios, a co-working lounge, a private cinema, and a stunning podium pool terrace, creating a holistic living experience that aligns with contemporary lifestyle trends.
Aligning with Mission 2030: A Strategic Growth Framework
These projects are integral to Jumeirah’s broader Mission 2030 framework, which focuses on sustainable growth and portfolio diversification. Thomas B Meier, CEO of Jumeirah, stated: “Our ongoing ambition is to drive sustainable growth and double the size of our portfolio regionally and internationally.” This strategic vision aims to bolster Jumeirah’s presence in Dubai, following the successful launch of Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab earlier in the year.
The company’s portfolio diversification strategy categorizes its offerings into four distinct sections, from exclusive private estates to branded residences, ensuring that it attracts a wide range of clientele, each with unique needs and preferences.
Reinforcing Jumeirah’s Position in the Middle East
In line with its expansion efforts, Jumeirah recently strengthened its foothold in the Middle East with the opening of the Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain Resort & Spa in October 2022. This further underscores the brand’s ambition to lead in the luxury hospitality sector across the region, addressing both local and international markets.
With these innovative projects on the horizon, Jumeirah is poised to continue its legacy of redefining luxury hospitality and residential living, solidifying Dubai’s reputation as a global hub for luxury real estate.
