The HKSTP Global Mixer is an exciting outreach initiative designed to foster collaboration among enterprises and talent from around the globe. This program aims to enhance the innovation and technology (I&T) ecosystems, with a significant event scheduled for October 2025 in Dubai. During this time, HKSTP will participate in Expand North Star 2025 and GITEX Global 2025, engaging with investors and leading companies to create impactful partnerships.
Expand North Star 2025: HKSTP Pavilion
Overview of Expand North Star
Expand North Star stands out as Dubai’s premier technology and startup event, uniting founders, investors, corporate leaders, and government officials. This event is part of GITEX Global, which serves to invigorate the startup ecosystem through various marquee programs, including the Supernova Challenge—the largest pitch competition in the region. Attendees can also benefit from targeted investor matchmaking and opportunities for partnership development.
HKSTP’s First Pavilion
Building on the momentum from LEAP 2024, HKSTP is set to make a significant impact in the Middle East by launching its inaugural pavilion at Expand North Star 2025. This pavilion will showcase ten cutting-edge tech ventures specializing in areas such as artificial intelligence (AI), sustainability, and property technology (proptech). HKSTP will facilitate curated engagements with government ministries and regional partners, aiming to foster strategic partnerships and accelerate market expansion for these companies.

Networking Event: Bridging Innovation
From Hong Kong to the Middle East
At Expand North Star, HKSTP will host a networking event titled “From Hong Kong to Middle East: Bridging Innovation, Powering Growth,” in collaboration with the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC). This event will feature ten dynamic tech ventures from HKSTP, showcasing their innovative solutions. Attendees will also have the chance to learn about seven additional tech ventures exhibiting at GITEX Global.
