As part of this campaign, customers who purchase a home through Holo’s mortgage or concierge services will automatically be entered into a prize draw for the substantial AED 500,000 prize. The promotion aims to provide full support from Holo’s dedicated team, ensuring that the home-buying process is as seamless as possible.

How the Promotion Works

To participate, customers applying for a mortgage with Holo will receive one entry into the draw once they sign their Final Offer Letter by November 22. Additionally, cash buyers utilizing Holo’s concierge service will also gain an entry upon signing their Form F by the same deadline. For those who choose to engage with both services, their chances of winning increase significantly, as they will receive three entries into the draw.

Prize Details and Supervision

The draw will be conducted under the supervision of the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DED), ensuring transparency and fairness in the selection process. The winner will have the option to receive AED 500,000 towards an off-plan property or a studio apartment in Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT), valued at AED 780,000 ($212,000), at no additional cost.
