This initiative, which began in 2020, aims to streamline the process of obtaining medications, allowing patients to avoid waiting in pharmacies after consultations.

The “Patients’ Medication Delivery” service enables individuals to receive their medications at home following a consultation with a doctor at any EHS-affiliated facility. Patients also receive guidance on dosage through a virtual pharmacy, enhancing the overall healthcare experience.
How the Service Operates
The medication delivery process is designed to be straightforward and largely automated:
- Patients consult with an EHS doctor.
- The prescribed medication is prepared.
- Patients are contacted to arrange either delivery to their home or collection from the nearest health center.
